Pliolite Technology

Based on a Pliolite® resin that provides the product with outstanding adhesion and ensures that drying is only minimally affected by weather conditions. Unlike other resins, the film forms through solvent evaporation.

White Spirit

Area of use

Unpainted or previously painted outdoor substrates made of: cement coating, concrete and brick.

Do not apply on horizontal surfaces that are in constant contact with water.

Main characteristics

High covering effect.
Good water vapour permeability and excellent watertightness.
Isolates most water-soluble stains after carefully cleaning the substrate.
Insusceptible to substrates alkalinity.
Extremely weather-resistant.
Can be applied during cold months.
Outstanding adhesion.
Great ease of upkeep.

Method of dilution

Ready-to-use.

On slightly powdery or absorbent substrates, dilute the first coat with 5 to 10% white spirit.

In cold weather, dilute each coat with 3% white spirit.

Do not dilute the product if you want to isolate a water-soluble stain.

Available shades

This product can be tinted in all pastel and medium shades.

Please be aware that, the darker the shade, the weaker the resistance to abrasion and UV rays.

Precautions for use

Our SPECIAL FACADE can degrade certain old acrylic paints of poor quality. Carry out a test beforehand.
